Along with her passion and desire to see people living in their strengths and helping them rise above limitations and past experiences, Melissa brings a wealth of experience to V.O.I.C.E.   She has an extensive background in leadership, adult training, process development, measurement, improvement, and holds a six sigma Black Belt certification.  Melissa brings administration, program management (PMI certified) and volunteer leadership skills.  She has worked in a variety of ministry leadership roles in her church over the past 15 years which includes outreach to community and transitional housing organizations.

Julie English, Executive Vice President

Along with their passion and desire to see people living in their strengths and helping them rise above limitations and past experiences, Melissa and Julie bring a wealth of experience to V.O.I.C.E.   Both have extensive backgrounds in leadership, adult training, process development, measurement, and improvement.  They both hold six sigma Black Belt certifications (Julie is a Master Black Belt) and together they have over 35 years of a wide range of functional and professional experience.

Melissa brings administration, program management (PMI certified) and volunteer leadership skills.  She has worked in a variety of ministry leadership roles in her church over the past 15 years which includes outreach to community and transitional housing organizations.

Julie brings a rare gift of both technical and interpersonal skills.  An Engineer by both degree and profession, she recently became an Adler Certified Professional Coach, and Leadership Development Trainer.  She founded Within Reach Consulting and provides Leadership and Team Effectiveness Coaching.

Both Melissa and Julie are committed and equipped to nurture the mission and ensure the development and growth of V.O.I.C.E.
